How Martial Arts Training Teaches You to Move Through Fear Instead of Freezing

Most people don’t fail because they’re incapable, they fail because they hesitate. That tiny pause, that split‑second of doubt, overthinking, or fear of the unknown is the invisible force that steals opportunities, confidence, and momentum.
